Summer Leagues

2024 Summer Animal League: Starts Tuesday, April 23rd. Kick-off meeting will be at 5:30pm on the 23rd at the outside practice range to learn league rules and if you need help finding a team or team member. We will shoot the back half of the 3D course the first week.

League Guidelines:

• Animal League takes place on Tuesday nights and is open to ALL club members.

• Teams have the option to shoot their scores Tuesday-Sunday, and all scores must be submitted by noon on Sunday, except on 3D shoot weekends. There is no league the week of July 4th.

• League fee is $50 for adults and $25 for children 15 and under (family max $150), please pay by June 1st.

• This is a 4-person team; 12-week league. If you don't have a team to shoot with the League Host will assign you to a team. Crossbows are NOT allowed on the Animal League range.

• League will shoot 2 arrows at 15 targets, alternating on the front and back courses by week.

• Shoot offs and potluck dinner on the 12th week of league

• League scoring will be done online and a QR code is available and posted in club house.

Summer Target League

Field Course

We have reclaimed the Back Half (targets 15-28) of our World Class Field Range from Mother Nature for use this summer.  The Front Half (Targets 1-14) still needs brush cleared, a little chainsaw work, some stairs built, and the targets restacked, and the shooting stations verified (for anyone needing work hours see John Slate or Mike Michaud).

The Summer Target League will be shooting the Back Half area of the outdoor range in rotation with the Summer Animal League.  The signage at the road down to the back range area should be flipped to indicate the active range for the week.  Please also check the range schedule posted in the clubhouse.

900 Target League

The Summer Target League will be shooting a 600 round in the 900 Filed when the Animal League is shooting the Back Half course.

The 600 Round is shot as follows: 4, 5 arrow ends at 60 yards; 4, 5 arrow ends at 50 yards, 4, 5 arrow ends at 40 yards.  Points are 10, 9, 8, 7 from center out on target rings as marks.  200 point max per distance, 600 is a perfect score.
